Weight & Metabolic

AOD-9604 product photoModified C-terminal growth-hormone fragmentAOD-9604AOD-9604 isolates the fat-metabolism signal at the tail end of human growth hormone and turns it into a standalone peptide. In obese rats it cut weight gain by more than half while ramping up fat breakdown, and lab assays show it does this without binding the growth-hormone receptor.Controlled human trials9 sources →
MOTS-c product photoMitochondrial-derived regulatory peptideMOTS-cMOTS-c is encoded not in the nucleus but in mitochondrial DNA: a messenger mitochondria use to regulate metabolism across the whole body. In mice it prevented diet-induced obesity and insulin resistance, and boosted physical performance in young, middle-aged and old animals alike.Preclinical7 sources →
RT-3 product photoTriple GIP / GLP-1 / glucagon receptor agonist · retatrutideRT-3RT-3 is retatrutide, a single molecule that activates GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors at once. In its phase 3 obesity trial, the highest dose averaged 25.0% weight loss at 80 weeks versus 3.9% on placebo.Phase 3 trials6 sources →
TRZ-2 product photoDual GIP / GLP-1 receptor agonist · tirzepatideTRZ-2TRZ-2 is tirzepatide, the dual GIP and GLP-1 agonist behind Mounjaro and Zepbound. In the 2,539-person SURMOUNT-1 trial the top dose averaged 20.9% weight loss, and head to head it beat semaglutide, 20.2% versus 13.7%.FDA-approved compound6 sources →

Recovery & Repair

BPC-157 product photoSynthetic pentadecapeptideBPC-157BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a protective protein in human gastric juice, with a preclinical record spanning tendon, muscle, gut and blood vessels. In the lab it switches on new blood-vessel growth, drives fibroblasts into injured tendon and makes repair cells more responsive to growth hormone.Early human data10 sources →
KLOW product photoBPC-157 / GHK-Cu / KPV / TB-500 blendKLOWKLOW takes the GLOW repair stack and adds KPV, the anti-inflammatory core of α-MSH. Four peptides cover four mechanisms in one vial: blood supply, cell migration, matrix renewal and inflammation control.Preclinical8 sources →
KPV product photoAlpha-MSH-derived anti-inflammatory tripeptideKPVKPV is the three-amino-acid tail of α-MSH, the body’s own anti-inflammatory hormone, distilled to its active core. It enters gut and immune cells through a nutrient transporter and shuts down the NF-κB signalling that drives inflammation, speeding recovery in mouse colitis models.Preclinical7 sources →
TB-500 product photoThymosin-beta-4-associated product · fragment identity requires confirmationTB-500TB-500 is derived from thymosin β4, the body’s major actin-binding peptide and a master regulator of cell migration in repair. Thymosin β4 accelerated dermal healing across animal wound models and, in two phase 2 ulcer trials, sped healing by almost a month in patients who healed.Preclinical7 sources →
Wolverine Pro product photoBPC-157 / TB-500 blendWolverine ProWolverine Pro pairs two signature repair peptides: BPC-157, which builds blood supply and mobilizes fibroblasts, and TB-500, from the thymosin β4 family that moves cells into damaged tissue. In a knee-pain report, 14 of 16 patients given BPC-157 alone or with thymosin β4 reported relief.Preclinical7 sources →

Longevity

Epitalon product photoSynthetic pineal-associated tetrapeptideEpitalonEpitalon is a four-amino-acid peptide modeled on a pineal-gland extract and studied for more than 25 years as a regulator of cellular aging. In human cells it switched on telomerase and lengthened telomeres, and in aging animals it restored evening melatonin rhythms and extended maximum lifespan.Preclinical8 sources →
NAD+ product photoNicotinamide adenine dinucleotide coenzyme · not a peptideNAD+NAD+ is the coenzyme every cell uses to turn food into energy and to power the sirtuin and PARP enzymes that maintain DNA. Cellular NAD+ shifts with age, and in research models, modulating NAD+ extended both healthspan and lifespan, making it one of the most closely watched molecules in longevity science.Early human data7 sources →
SS-31 product photoMitochondria-targeted synthetic tetrapeptide · elamipretideSS-31SS-31 is elamipretide, the mitochondria-targeting peptide granted accelerated FDA approval as Forzinity for Barth syndrome. It binds cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane, stabilizing the cristae where ATP is made, and in long-term Barth treatment patients walked 96.1 m further.FDA-approved compound7 sources →

Focus & Mood

Selank product photoSynthetic tuftsin-analog heptapeptideSelankSelank is a synthetic analog of tuftsin, a natural immune-regulating peptide, developed as an anxiolytic. It enhances GABA binding, the same receptor system benzodiazepines target, and in clinical studies it matched a benzodiazepine for anxiety relief while adding anti-fatigue and stimulant effects.Controlled human trials8 sources →
Semax product photoSynthetic ACTH-fragment analog heptapeptideSemaxSemax is a synthetic analog of the ACTH(4–10) fragment, developed as a nasal neuropeptide for cognition and brain recovery. A single dose raised BDNF, the brain’s key growth factor for learning and memory, in the rat hippocampus, and in people it changed brain-network activity on fMRI.Controlled human trials7 sources →

Growth Hormone

CJC-1295 No DAC / Ipamorelin product photoGHRH-analog / ghrelin-receptor-agonist blendCJC-1295 No DAC / IpamorelinThis blend works the growth-hormone axis from two directions at once: a GHRH analog that tells the pituitary to release GH, and ipamorelin, which amplifies that release through the ghrelin receptor. Without DAC, each dose produces a short, natural-style GH pulse rather than a constant elevation.Preclinical7 sources →
Ipamorelin product photoSynthetic growth-hormone secretagogue pentapeptideIpamorelinIpamorelin was the first selective growth-hormone secretagogue: in animal testing it triggered a strong GH pulse through the ghrelin receptor without the cortisol and ACTH spikes of earlier compounds. Human studies confirm a fast, discrete GH peak, and its short half-life keeps release pulse-like.Controlled human trials7 sources →
Tesamorelin product photoSynthetic growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogTesamorelinTesamorelin is the GHRH analog behind the FDA-approved Egrifta, proven to target the deep visceral fat around the organs. In phase 3 trials of 806 adults with HIV-associated abdominal fat it reduced visceral fat by 15.4% versus placebo, and in a separate trial it cut liver fat by 37%.FDA-approved compound6 sources →

Skin & Hair

GHK-Cu product photoEndogenous tripeptide–copper complexGHK-CuGHK-Cu is a copper-binding peptide found naturally in human plasma, saliva and urine, with levels that decline with age.
